In a busy world the best way to stay hydrated and ready for anything is to carry a custom water bottle that can handle both cold and hot beverages. While sorting through the multitude of style options, it’s best keep in mind the kind of insulation you are looking for as this will affect how long your hot beverages stay hot and your cold beverages stay cold. However, it also affects the pricing of your promotional water bottles.
Types of Drinkware / Custom Water Bottle Insulation
Insulation refers to the loss of heat or temperature transfer by manufacturing processes and/or materials. The type of insulation inside your bottle can drastically influence the price of your order, which brands and bottle styles you can purchase.
Insulation with air between the walls is the cheapest insulation available – often referred to as double all insulation for promotional water bottles.
Foam is better than air for promotional water bottles as it will keep items cold 6 hours versus 4 hours for only air.
Vacuum insulated is insulated with nothing between the double wall insulation. The air is vacuumed out. You might think that would be worse insulation but it is actually better insulation for your custom water bottles for your business. It will keep your beverages cold for 16 hours and hot for 8 hours. Pretty good! Unfortunately, the price will be higher than foam or air as well!
THE BEST INSULATION for promotional water bottles will be Copper Vacuum insulation. This is when the air is vacuumed out of your custom water bottle AND there are copper plates in in the interior which help to keep your beverages cold and hot. With this promotional water bottle your beverages will stay cold for a full 24 hours just like a stanley water bottle and your hot beverages will stay hot for 12 hours. It is the best custom water bottle technology but also the most expensive.

There are four options to print designs on drinkware.
Incore Printing

Custom Color
Looking for an item color to match your logo color? Try the custom color wraps! Use knockouts in a wrap that utilizes the full imprint area and make the item your own without the added costs and quantities of having a product custom made.
Mirror Printing

Full Color Process
1. Heat Transfer – This is 4 color process art where ink is sprayed onto transfer film, then applied to the item. This option is available on a limited range of items.
2. Screen – This is 4 color process art screenprinted. This option is available on a limited range of items.
Mind the Gap!
There are a few concepts to keep in mind before starting your order, full wrap, is a 360 degree continuous imprint with no gap, while a wrap is an imprint with a 0.75″ gap which is common for most items. Gaps can either be standard, an additional imprint screen to bridge the gap between the edges of your design, or dynamic, which adds a stylish edge to the standard gap to create a unique look and feel.
