Once we received the shipment, turns out the factory had a slight misprint on our logo. Not a big deal, but after bringing that up to the B-Bam team, they quickly made it right and offered me a full refund or a free reprint. I had a trade show coming up, so I went with the reprint and received them with plenty of time to spare and they came out beautifully. B-Bam won a customer for life! Thanks guys”

“I first came across B-Bam when working on a swag project for work. We wanted to order trucker hats for our entire company (approx 300 people) so, on referral, I reached out to B-Bam. Leslie and her team took care of my request so quickly and made the process so easy on my part! So, naturally, we decided to go with them when we wanted to have swag t-shirts made as well. Once again, the process was so seamless not just because they already had our logo on file from when we had our hats created (I was honestly impressed that they still had it) but because that is just how B-Bam functions. After having worked with B-Bam twice for work projects, when my boyfriend’s milestone birthday party came up and I wanted to have some fun shirts made, I really didn’t think about going anywhere else. Leslie and team once again came through for me!
